Last weekend was gorgeous, so we headed to Bishops Orchards for a morning of apple picking. It was a blast! We found that our favorite apple is the Cortland - sweet, crisp, and oh so fresh! After picking, we had some fresh apple cider and started home thinking of some great things to bake with our bags of apples. There is definitely more apple picking to be had this Fall!
